MAKING A RESERVATION

Before Making a Reservation
Please have the following Information ready:

• Your name, address, country, and telephone number (including country code)
• Your Email address
• Full name of your child & Age
• Level of French (spoken) & School attended
• His/her preferred Camp Program with dates of the session
• His/her second choice (if 1st choice not available)

Any optional extras or special requestsregarding your child's trip

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (French time) Office is closed in August.

Application (Part 1) and Deposit:
Once we have checked availability we will ask you to send your deposit (500 €) which must be sent at the same time as your child’s Application (Part 1).
Once your application and deposit have been received you will automatically receive a confirmation invoice detailing exactly what has been booked including any additional extras or special details. This invoice will be sent with your child’s Admission Packet Application (Part 2) within 2 weeks following your reservation.

Deadline for Registration is May 15th !

The full balance for the program is payable 8 weeks prior to departure, and no later then May1st. Please note that we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 20 € per child, for changing arrangements previously agreed to, including travel changes after May 1st.

Group Discounts:
Why not send your children on a VSF holiday with some of their friends?
Book as a group and benefit from a special group discount!
Book 4 or more children and you are eligible for the following discounts:
2 to 4 children 100 € per child
4 to 6 children 120 € per child
6 to 10 children 150 € per child
If there are more than 10 children in your party then please call us and we will quote you a special pricefor your group.

The following terms apply for group discounts:
• Discounts only apply to camp sessions of more than 10 days.
• There is one named lead parent for the group booking.
• The lead parent is responsible for supplying to VSF all information and relevant paperwork for each participant. VSF will only issue booking confirmations, invoices etc to the lead parent.
• We will of course answer any general questions from ALL parents and children in the group.
• If a child cancels and this means that the group size falls below the level of discount applicable, it is the lead parent’s responsibility to either find a replacement or to collect the additional monies from the group.
• All payment must be made by one parent by bank transfer or check. Likewise, any refunds will only be made to the lead parent. It is their responsibility to pass on any refund to the other parents.
Refer a Friend: additionally, you will receive a 100 € tuition credit if any new referral you provide on your child’s application signs up for one of our camp!

What’s included?
•Transfers from CDG Airport to the Hotel in Paris or to train stations (round trip)
• Maximum 2 Nights Hotel accommodation in Paris supervised by VSF’s team
(meals not included, parents should plan extra money for their children in Paris)
• Transportation by bus or TGV train from Paris to the camp location (round trip)
• Full-board accommodation (camp) as described on our website
• Full camp session including all activities & field trips
• Use of all camp equipment
• Supervision and Support from the VSF Team during the entire session.
• Sympathetic care and supervision by professional camp staff and friendly, encouraging, activity instruction by professionals (most sport activities)
• Fun-filled evening entertainment every night!
• Full travel & medical insurance coverage

What’s not included?
• Airfare to Paris
• Cancellation Insurance (we advise parents to purchase separate insurance)
• Personal spending money (recommended amount 100 €) + extra money for Paris
• Extra Meals while travelling or while staying in Paris (however, a packed lunch will be provided for children returning to Paris with their group)
• Any extra service to accommodate your child’s trip.

Transportation:
We use the TGV Train or French Buses/coach with lap belts, WC and video (please note we cannot guarantee lap belts used on any continental coach used as a result of a breakdown etc because belts are not yet a statutory requirement in France). Travel to Camp does include meals en route. Campers must plan some spending money to use during the trip.

Due to our limited number of spaces available we do not accept Credit Card payments. You may send your payment by:

• Checks: Please note that International checks may take up to four weeks to clear. Please make checks payable to VSF Europe LLC and write your child’s name on the back and mail it to us with your application.

• Bank Transfers:
Fastest and easiest way to make international payments. Please contact us for direct wire transfers.

To secure your reservation, whether you reserve by email or telephone, we must receive an email confirmation from you that payment has been sent by check with the application or to confirm your wire transfer within 3 days after your reservation. Without such confirmation VSF will not be able to hold a space more than 3 days. Please understand that sometimes French camp organizations have long waiting lists and that we must respect their policies.
